By accessing or using the services provided by CleanLime LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CleanLime LLC provides professional permanent LED lighting installation for residential and commercial properties across the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay, California. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, refrain from any unlawful use of our services, and avoid disrupting or interfering with our operations.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by CleanLime LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanLime LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanLime LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from CleanLime LLC related to appointments, service updates, and promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We follow all applicable industry guidelines for SMS communications, including CTIA best practices. Our messaging program complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications. You must be 18 years of age or older.
